To make our on-boarding process simpler and faster, read the instructions below for more information on the types of address proofs we accept.
I have an existing proof of address:
We accept the following documents provided they contain the associated information:
- Utility Bills: (DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, ADCC) A residential address, dated within 12 months and the name of the account holder.
- Tenancy Contract: A residential address, dated within 12 months and the name of the account holder.
(Signed and Stamped).
- Bank Statements: A residential address, dated within 12 months and the name of the account holder.
I do not have a proof of address in my name:
If your address is under someone else's name, it's not an issue as we have several clients in a similar situation.
As an alternative, we'll need:
- The proof of address (examples shown above) in the roommate's name. Any of these documents which has both their name and residential address.
- Your roommate's passport.
- Their email address to send a quick message to confirm that you live at the address stated in the document.
