Yes. The expiry date tabs are always visible at the top of the options page, next to the Options Screener tab. You can tap any of them at any time to browse the full chain.
If you placed a trade via Options Screener and want to manage or close it using the full chain view, you can do that from the position detail screen in your portfolio.
