We try to request as little data as possible.
These is what we require:
- Questionnaire: upon signing up, our clients answer the questionnaire questions. This helps us determine the risk level their portfolio needs to be. We use it to tailor our recommendations to clients' needs and guide them to building a portfolio that is best for them.
- Three documents (a valid passport copy, a selfie and proof of address): this helps us ensure no fraud occurs, ultimately protecting Sarwa and our customers
All data is protected behind bank-level encryption, so you do not have to worry about loss of data.
