If you would like to cancel your active auto-deposit, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Open your Sarwa mobile app
  2. Open the funding drawer in the bottom navigation bar (the center green button)
  3. Select the "Create an Auto-Deposit" option
  4. If you have any active or completed auto-deposits, they will appear here
  5. Select "Cancel Deposit" at the bottom right corner of your desired active auto-deposit
  6. Select the reason for why you would like to cancel
  7. Select "Cancel Deposit" at the bottom of the screen
  8. Important: Please make sure to navigate back to your bank's online portal, mobile app, or physical branch and cancel the deposit on their end as well. If you don't do this, the auto-deposit will continue to be active 

 

Please keep in mind that if you don't see your auto-deposits here, it means that you did not complete all the necessary steps for setting it up. In this case we would recommend trying again or reaching out to our customer support for further assistance.
