If you see "Aswat FZ LLC" on your caller ID instead of Sarwa, here's why:
We use a UAE-based platform called ZIWO, developed by Aswat FZ LLC in Dubai. As per UAE telecom rules, the developer's name shows up on the caller IDs, not the business.
So, even if the name looks unfamiliar, the call is still from Sarwa!
To verify it's really us:
- ✅ Check our team: All Sarwa members are listed on our People page.
- ✅ Ask the caller: Confirm their name and team, then verify on our People page.
- ✅ Request a verification code: We can email you a code and confirm it during the call.
