Can I access Sarwa while travelling outside the Middle East?

Yes, your Sarwa account works anywhere. The only difference is how you access it.

The Sarwa app may not be available for download or updates in all countries, but you can always manage your account worldwide through our web platform.

Here's what you can do on each Sarwa platform:

Web Only (Desktop)

Application Only (Mobile)

View your portfolio and balances

Sarwa Trade (stocks, ETFs, crypto, options)

Deposit and withdraw funds 

Black Swan Protection (BSPP)

Place and manage Sarwa Invest and Sarwa Save activity

Wealth Beneficiary nominations

Update your account details

Some account profile edits (e.g. email changes)

If you have the Sarwa app installed and stay signed in, it will work normally anywhere. However, downloading or updating from a local App Store or Play Store might cause issues if Sarwa isn’t available in that country.

Travel tip: Install the Sarwa app before leaving a supported region to ensure full access wherever you go.

If you're outside a supported region, switch your App Store or Play Store country to a supported one like the UAE to download or update your Sarwa application. 

Here are some steps for both iOS and Android:

Open the App Store and tap your profile icon (top right)

Tap your profile icon (top right)

Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings

Tap Settings → General → Account and device preferences

Tap Country/Region

Select a supported country (e.g. United Arab Emirates)

Add a payment method for the new region

Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions

Open the Play Store and search for Sarwa

Enter a payment method and billing address for the new region

 

Open the App Store and search for Sarwa
