What are Easy Options?
Easy Options is a simplified way to trade options on US stocks and ETFs. Instead of navigating a complex options chain with strike prices and expiry dates, Easy Options presents you with three pre-packaged choices - Low, Balanced, and Aggressive - based on your view of where a stock is heading and how long you want to wait.
All you need to do is tell us two things: whether you think the stock will go up or down, and your timeframe. We do the rest.
Who can use Easy Options?
Easy Options is available to users who have been approved for Level 2 options trading on Sarwa. If you have not yet applied, you can do so from the Trade Now menu on any US stock or ETF.
If you are not yet approved, you will see an option to apply when you tap the Options order type.
How do I access Easy Options?
Open any US stock or ETF. Simply tap: Trade → Options → Easy Options tab. Easy Options is the first tab on the options page and is selected by default.
Why can't I see Easy Options on some stocks?
Easy Options is not available in every situation. You will not see it if:
- The stock does not have listed options (common with smaller companies)
- The available options are too thinly traded for us to suggest a safe contract
- Your account is not yet approved for Level 2 options trading
- The stock is currently halted or suspended from trading
If Easy Options is unavailable, you will see a message explaining why and, where possible, a suggestion of what to try instead.
