Can I cancel a deposit?

If you wish to cancel a deposit, you must initiate the process from your bank account.

Clicking "cancel" on the Sarwa app does not halt the deposit process, as we lack control over the bank's procedures. You will need to directly contact your bank to cancel the deposit.

If you have sent the funds from a bank account that is not in your name. We can support you in one of the following ways:

  1. If the sender is also registered with us, the funds can be allocated to their Sarwa account
  2. If the sender is not registered with us, we can reverse the deposit to the sender's bank account

⚠️ Once a deposit has been processed, you can wait for the deposited amount is allocated to your Sarwa account, and you can subsequently withdraw it as needed. Please ensure to review all deposit details carefully before initiating the transaction.
