What is the status of my deposit?

You can check the status of your deposit or withdrawal via the app or web. On the app, click on the "Fund" wallet icon then select "View Transaction History".  Here is a breakdown of the meaning of each status for each Sarwa account (Invest, Save, Trade):

Account

Processing

Completed

Sarwa Invest

Your funds are received and will be invested and reflected in 1-3 business days Your funds have been invested and reflected on your account

Sarwa Save

Your funds are received and will be reflected in 1-3 business days Your funds have been invested and reflected on your account

Sarwa Trade

Your funds are received and will be available for trading in 0-2 business days Your funds are now available-for-trading

 

* If your status is pending, please note that local transfers typically require 1-2 business days and to be received and international or USD transfers typically require 2-3 business days to be received.

* If your deposit has been pending beyond this timeline, please share a screenshot of your receipt with our customer support team so they can check this.

* Business days are from Mondays to Fridays, exclusive of any public holidays.
