When you cancel an order, it may show as “Pending Cancel.”
This means your cancellation is in progress but not yet completed by our trading partner.
Here’s what to expect:
- Cancellations made overnight (after 6 PM and before 9 AM New York time / 3 AM – 6 PM Dubai time) are processed right before markets open the next business day.
- During Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5): Processing starts around 7 AM EST (4 PM Dubai time).
- During Eastern Daylight Time (EDT, UTC−4): Processing starts around 7 AM EDT (3 PM Dubai time).
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the status will update automatically.
You can expect your canceled order to be fully cleared by the afternoon before markets open, after which you can place a new order.
