How long do the funds I deposit have to stay in my Sarwa account(s)?
For 12 months from the date your Qualifying Deposit Settles (the Retention Period). You must maintain your Minimum Required Balance throughout this period: your existing balance in full, plus at least 80% of your Tier's threshold ($75,000 or $150,000 or $300,000).
What happens if I withdraw money during the Retention Period?
If your balance falls below your Minimum Required Balance, Sarwa may claw back a prorated portion of your Reward's retail value, based on how much time remains in the Retention Period, deducted directly from your Sarwa account(s). A drop in your balance solely due to market performance (e.g., a decline in the value of invested assets) also doesn't count as a withdrawal on its own.
Do transfers between my Sarwa accounts count as a withdrawal?
No. Moving funds between your own Sarwa products (e.g., from Sarwa Trade to Sarwa Invest or Save) is not treated as a withdrawal for the purposes of your Minimum Required Balance, your money is still with Sarwa. A drop in your balance solely due to market performance (e.g., a decline in the value of invested assets) also doesn't count as a withdrawal on its own.
