When an order is placed but not yet executed, you can still cancel it before it is completed. To do so, all you need to do is:
- Go into the "Orders" tab of your Sarwa Trade account
- Open the pending order you wish to cancel
- Select cancel
Here’s what to expect:
- Cancellations made overnight (after 6 PM and before 9 AM New York time / 3 AM – 6 PM Dubai time) are processed right before markets open the next business day.
- During Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5): Processing starts around 7 AM EST (4 PM Dubai time).
- During Eastern Daylight Time (EDT, UTC−4): Processing starts around 7 AM EDT (3 PM Dubai time).
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the status will update automatically.
You can expect your canceled order to be fully cleared by the afternoon before markets open, after which you can place a new order.
