To set up a standing order with Citi Bank, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Citi Bank mobile app
Step 2: Press on payments > Local & overseas as highlighted in picture nb 1
Step 3: Select Sarwa a beneficiary (if you have not yet added Sarwa as a beneficiary make sure to do so)
Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to transfer
Step 5: Select your start Date, Frequency, and End date, then click on Save as highlighted in picture nb 2
Step 6: Select the Purpose of Transfer and enter your Sarwa account reference number in the Memo Section as highlighted in picture 3
Step 7: Click on "Set Recurring" and click on "Pay"
